  When printing S-8-S forms you must select a custom page size of 3 3/4" by 5 3/4'. To do this, following these steps: 1.) Go to Control Panel 2.) Select Device and Printers 3.) Right click your printer and select 'Printer Properties' or "Printing Preferences' 4.) Click on the 'Paper' tab 5.) Select 'Custom' (this might vary with certain printers) 6.)
