Printing S-8-S Single Sheet Downloadable PDF forms
When printing S-8-S forms you must select a custom page size of 3 3/4″ by 5 3/4′.
To do this, following these steps:
1.) Go to Control Panel
2.) Select Device and Printers
3.) Right click your printer and select ‘Printer Properties’ or “Printing Preferences’
4.) Click on the ‘Paper’ tab
5.) Select ‘Custom’ (this might vary with certain printers)
6.) Name the new paper setting to S-8-S
6.) Add the following width and height properties:
Width: 3.75
Height: 5.75
Make sure toggle the ‘inch’ oppose to the ‘mm’.
7.) Click ‘Ok’ twice.
Printing the S-8-S using Territory Administrator 2000
1.) Select the S-8-S option for Territory cards.
2.) While in ‘print preview’ select the ‘Page Setup’ options. You might need to click on File and select ‘Page Setup’.
3.) Click on the ‘Page’ Tab
4.) Under the ‘Size’ dropdown box, choose your new paper size named: S-8-S.
If the territory headers are not aligning themselves for the print-out, make sure to tweak the page ‘Margins” under ‘Page Setup’. For example, change the bottom margin from 2.9 to 3.0. See picture.
