Using the Language Option
Use the “Language” option as a way to store records for those house-holds that have English as their secondary language. The advantage here is to store territory for a nearby congregation which is assigned to witness in the same territory overlapping your congregations territory.
To assign a language for a record:
- Choose a record in the “House-to-House window”
- Unlock the option “Lock”
- Choose the pertinent language for the record
- Click “Add” in the main menu
To list your new records designated with languages from the ‘Language List Box’:
- Click “Lock” to disable it or click on the “Refresh” button
- Choose the language from the “language list box”.
NOTE: When you assign a language to a record, you will see that the record will disappear from the “House-to-House window”. But don’t be alarmed. The record has not been deleted. The record(s) marked with languages belongs to different list of records, completely separate from your territory list. The reason for this is to have a separate list to be able to hand over to another congregation or circuit.
To un-assigned (remove) a language from the record follow these steps:
- Choose the record from the “languages list box”
- Unlock the option “Lock”
- Click on the ‘list of languages’ dropdown box
- Choose the blank space
- Click the ‘add’ button and then ‘refresh’
If you do not see the updated record, click on the ‘refresh’ button.
To delete a record from the “language list box”, follow these steps:
- Choose the record from the “languages list box”
- Click on the ‘delete’ button
- Use the “add language” to expand your language list. Also, add a blank record and this way, you can refresh from new your entire list of languages under the “List of Languages” dropdown menu and you can remove a language from a particular record.
Don’t forget to print a language report to hand over the territory to another congregation. They will greatly appreciate your work!

Main Control Panel
- Territory List Box now shows a * to indicate that the territory status is checked out and shows what publisher is working the territory.
- We moved the “Open Table” feature from Archive to the Main Control Panel.
House-to-House
- Added a new symbol (Do not call) to indicate those house-holds that do not want to be called at, this also highlights in red.
- Added the house-hold symbols to all “territory report cards”
- Added the ‘Do not call’ stats to the Territory Statistics panel
- Added Territory Selection for the Territory Statistics panel
- Territory Report Cards now shows the City, State and zip code, oppose to before, where state was not included.
- Territory List Box now shows a * to indicate that the territory status is checked out.
- Renamed “Order” option to: “Section Header” with ‘on’ and ‘off’ options.
- Added Alphabet Letter headers when printing Streets Reports in alphabetized sorting.
- When exiting the House-to-House panel, T2K will save the territory number you selected.
- You can now select to show house-hold contacts instead of streets for the ‘House-to-House window’ under the options tab.
- ‘Alphabetize’ check box, now sorts the ‘House-to-House window’ and setting is saved when exiting T2K.
- Changed spanish house-hold field to “Nombre”
- Corrected keyboard tab sorting. User can now tab (keyboard) to the appropiate following field. (e.g. Tab to: Territory Number, Street, Address, Telephone and so on). This applies to the House-to-house and Main forms.
- Fixed ‘House-to-House window’ sorting. You will now see that it sorts by Territory > Section > Street order correctly. Furthermore, the ‘Alphabetize’ check box, now sorts this window too and setting is saved when exiting T2K as mentioned above.
- The Statistics form had the “Print” and the “Print Statistics Chart” disabled. These options are now available.

- Fixed spanish translation for the Territory Card under the Print Tab.
- Named the term Brackets to ‘Begin Streets with Section’. Also, when you use ‘Section on Streets’ and a house record is not under a section, then the section is ommitted. Before this fix, a street would show as “[] Main Avenue” and now, with the fix, it shows as “Main Avenue’.
- Fixed the input mask (or place holders) for the phone field on the printouts. For example: Phone numbers now show as (###) ###-####.
Archive
- Fixed an issue where the “Edit” check box stayed disabled after clicking on the ‘Print Reports’ button and then back to the ‘Register’ button.
- Fixed all list boxes that would have an empty bracket or parenthesis for those publishers that were not under a given book study.
- Fixed spacing between territory and publisher for ‘By Month’ Report.
- All list boxes now reflect the setting “Show book study groups” found on the switchboard menu
- Sorting issue has been fixed on the REPORT button. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem before version E:
- Open Archive
