Field Service & Phone Card Combo

Field Service and Phone ComboThere are two basic things that guide you to your assigned territory and the house-holds.   Your map of course and your list of house-hold records are the two basic things you need.    Interesting though, in the old days, publishers would use a type writer to create a list of house-hold records to keep handy for field service use.   But they would fear the time when they knew the card would need updating since, after all, you would have to retype the entire card from scratch!

However, with Territory Administrator 2000, update nightmares are things of the past and printing cards are such an easy task.   And now, with Version E, you can print ‘Field Service Cards’ and ‘Phone Witnessing Card’ combination.   The advantage to this is that you can carry these cards out to fields as they were intended for.   But, on the days that you would rather start phone witnessing, you can still use the same card and have all the information handy to begin making phone calls.

Version E is almost ready

We have most of the changes made and all T2K users who primarily work with the house-to-house management will be glad to see updated changes to this part of T2K!   But we still have not forgotten the Archive administration side and Main control panel.   Along with the bug fixes, we can assure you that you will have better visuals while managing your territories.   Take for example our upgraded list boxes that indicate ‘checked-out’ territories with an asterisk (*).

We know that the updates will help our congregation manage our territories and we don’t doubt that your congregation will also benefit with the upgrades we made to Territory Administrator 2000 Version E which should be out very soon!
