Version 2 (Beta 1.2) now available
While the new Version 2 (Beta 1.2) may not be a considerable upgrade, there are a few enabled translation forms that have been upgraded and a few other enhancements.
BETA 1.2
- Fixed an issue where selecting campaign would clear the checked-out field.
- Enabled translations for a few other forms.
- Added a feature to include a spacer for the S-8-S form. This will enable the publishers to include notes to the sheet such as new house-hold addresses.
- Resolved some front-end to back-end database linking issues.
Note: New users will still need the back-end database. See T2K Beta considerations for more information.

DOWNLOAD CONSIDERATIONS
- This Beta 1 only has the following languages: English and Spanish. However, Version 2.0 MultiLanguage Beta 1 is intended for users to include additional languages by using the new Language Form.
- Please make a backup of your Back-end Database.
- Although we appreciate language translations from our users, we won’t be accepting any translations until we move closer to Final version release date.
- New users to Territory Administrator 2000 Version 2.0 (Beta 1) will need to download the back-end database.
- When you open the new Version 2.0 Beta 1 and when you link to the back-end database, you will get a content warning message:
As with newer versions of Access, you are notified of a potential security risk. Click open to execute Territory Administrator Version 2.0 MultiLanguage (Beta 1).

My apologies to all as I had to delay the project due to an extremely busy life! However, I do plan to release it and hope to have it before the spring semester! Thanks for your patience!

Online Form for collaborators
I will soon create an online form for users to submit. This form will ask for the usual: Name, email, congregation and maybe a question to prove congregation status.
Excel Spreadsheets
I will soon deploy the documents that will hold the 252 language records where users can collaborate to Google Docs.
Google Docs
Using ‘Google Docs’, I plan to share the documents with those users that submitted the online form. It’s critical that I obtain the user’s email address to establish the share.
These are the steps I believe will make the new Territory Administrator 2000 Version 2.0 into a “Multi-Language” edition.
Please let us know if you have any suggestions or questions.
